Keto Roasted Almonds

Here's a great snack that's keto-friendly and tastes yummy. Also great as a topping on salads, poultry or fish.
Serves: 4-6
Ingredients
Use Organic if possible

2 cups almonds unsalted
-
1 scoop of Garden of Life Dr. Formulated MCT Powder
-
2 Tbsp ghee
-
½ tsp cumin
-
½ tsp onion powder
-
½ tsp garlic powder
-
½ tsp Swerve Granular Sugar
-
1 Tbsp chopped fresh rosemary
-
Dash of cayenne pepper
Preparation
-
Mix together almonds, MCT Powder, spices and Swerve.

Melt butter and mix in chopped rosemary
-
Pour butter mixture over almonds and toss until well combined.

Spread on a parchment-lined cookie sheet and bake at 425 for 8 minutes.

Serve on salads, poultry, fish or eat as a snack.
