Rawk'n Oats

Serves:
1 to 2 Organic Ingredients:
- 1 cup oat groats
- 1 Tablespoon Garden of Life Coconut Oil
- 1 Tablespoon Garden of Life Flaxseed with Antioxidant Fruit
- 2 Tablespoons dried cranberries or raisins
- 2 Tablespoons date paste or maple syrup
- 1 Tablespoon raw pumpkin seeds
- 1 Tablespoon raw pecans
- dash of salt
Directions:
- Soak oat groats in a bowl of water for at least 4 hours (or overnight).
- Rinse off oat groats and place them into your food processor using the S blade.
- Add coconut oil and salt and process oat groats for about 30 seconds.
- Next, add remaining ingredients and pulse until everything is well mixed.
- Top with a few dashes of cinnamon and/or fresh berries.
