The All-Around Busy Woman’s Routine

I am consistent with my daily probiotics and take the new Dr. Formulated Calm† Probiotic in the afternoon when I have lunch. I hate to admit it, but the years are creeping up on me! But I’m doing all I can to keep youthful and healthy.
