Heat grill to high. Cut peaches in half and remove pit. Brush peaches with melted coconut oil and add a little salt and pepper. Place peaches pitted side down onto grill and grill three to four minutes.
Remove peaches and top with a generous Tablespoon of cashew sauce.
To make cashew sauce, soak cashews in a bowl of water for two hours. Rinse cashews, then place them into a high speed blender with the remaining sauce ingredients except the orange zest. Blend until smooth, mix in orange zest and serve on top of peaches. (Cream sauce lasts five to six days refrigerated and tastes great on top of any fruit.)
